Day 27

Breakfast:

2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon

1 clementine

Snack:

Banana, Cherry, Pineapple Protein Smoothie

– 1 banana, cut up and frozen

– 1 cup frozen cherries

– 1 cup frozen pineapple

– 2 cups almond milk

– 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Lunch:

Leftover Paleo Spaghetti Sauce over Spaghetti Squash

Snack:

Apple with Sunbutter

Harvest Trail Mix

Snack:

We spent the day at the movies for Valentine’s Day. We bought a movie pass that allowed us to watch 4 of the Oscar Best Picture Nominee Movies. This was the first day I allowed myself to cheat. I got a big popcorn and a big pop and it was delicious!
