Breakfast:

– 1 fried egg and 1 slice of bacon

Blueberry, Pineapple, Banana Protein Smoothie

– 1 banana, cut up and frozen

– 1 cup frozen blueberries

– 1 cup frozen pineapple

– 2 cups almond milk

– 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Snack:

2 clementines

Lunch:

Antipasto Salad

Snack:

Apple Cinnamon Rx Bar

Starbucks Passion Fruit Tea Unsweetened

Dinner:

Leftover Crockpot Balsamic Beef and Sauteed Mushrooms

Snack:

Apple and Sunbutter

My students showed me they loved me today by bringing lots of candy. Looks like I’ll be recycling it into my treasure box. I hope they don’t realize I’m giving it back to them!
