Breakfast:

2 Veggie, Sausage, Egg Muffins

Blueberry, Blackberry, Banana Smoothie:

– 1 cup blueberry

– 1 cup blackberry

– 1 frozen banana

– 2 cups almond milk

– 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Snack:

Orange

Lunch:

Leftover Crockpot Italian Beef with Spaghetti Squash

Snack:

6 a Day Salad

Snack:

2 Fried Eggs

Dinner:

We went out to eat with friends. We let them pick since there are so few options for us to eat any where we go. They picked a Pizzeria/Sportsbar.

I picked out a burger with no bun or cheese and I added a fried egg, bacon, and mushrooms on top. I ordered a side salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It was really good.
